When delivery orders are processed, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a valid phone number for contact. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address. We cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no-one to accept delivery.
Please note if the recipient is unable to accept delivery, we will endeavour to leave it in a safe place. Due to delivery scheduling we are unable to re-deliver.
How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery charge is £7.50 for each order..
Currently we delivering to postcodes within Inner London. Please ensure you check our delivery map before ordering. If you place an order and your postcode does not qualify for London deliveries, you may not receive a refund immediately. All orders are sent directly to our bakery team once orders are complete. You will not be able to change any order details once the orders are complete so please go through the information carefully.
All orders must be made before 12pm on Friday for Saturday deliveries. All orders placed after 12.00 on Friday will be delivered by the following Saturday.
Do not live in inner London?
If you do not qualify for London deliveries, you are able to pick up your order from our store on Saturdays. All pick-up orders must be placed online. Our pick-up opening times are 11.30am – 3.30pm
Our deliveries are made between 10:00am – 17:00pm
